Full blown feasts…

Think grazing table but replenished in courses.

So the table is laid at the beginning with entrées and as the evening goes on, hot dishes are integrated. As guests work through the mains on the table, plates are swapped out until finally you’re left with a dessert graze.

This top of the line offering is perfect for weddings, big celebrations and whole evening events.

Menu

On the table are dishes from the standard graze and additions menu, as well as hot main dishes like slow cooked lamb leg with garlic and rosemary, pan chicken with hazelnut & lemon, woodfire roast veggies or moroccan vegetables, confit chickpeas, oysters, prawns, and whole fish. 

In terms of desserts, crème caramel, mousse cups, pavlova and berries with seasonal fruits are part of my offering. Feel free to look at my cakes selection too. 

I’ll finesse the menu with you though, and suit it to the style of event and, of course, your preferences.

Pricing for my feasts is dependent on the event.
