Zuchotto Italian cake
This Italian layered mousse cake is my kids all time favourite - it makes an appearance at every birthday and Christmas in our household. The inner most layer consists of raspberry & hazelnut cream with Grand Marnier, followed by a layer of chocolate, orange, roast almonds & cointreau cream. The cream layers are encapsulated in a coffee sponge covered in vanilla cream. The Zuchotto can be added to any table.

The cake splits to a meringue layer with lemon curd, followed by sponge and another meringue layer, topped with vanilla cream. The whole cake is enclosed with berries and fresh flowers. The lemon meringue curd cake be added to any table.

The 24 layer crepe cake is completely seasonal. Depending what time of the year it is, it could include summer fruits, apple & calvados, or chocolate & hazelnuts. The crepe cake can be added to any table.
