Why I’m crazy about our woodfire
Woodfiring is one of my favourite cooking methods - it chars but does not dry, leaving foods juicy yet crisp, popping. For me, cooking with fire is also very primal, there’s something life giving about it which I love.
How woodfire tastes work
Our woodfired tastes can accompany our pizzas or stand alone. In addition to the menu below, woodfired meats (yum!) are available on request.
Our oven is completely mobile, so we can come to you.
Within 10km of Fremantle, we come for free. For events 10km to 40km away, we charge a $60 call out fee. For distances over 40km, we charge $100.
Payment styles
We offer either a pay-as-you-go service or a preorder service. That is, you can tell us how many people we will be catering for and then each guest can pay individually as they order, or you can have everything prepaid on arrival.
Service times
Our service time is two hours, unless your event is over 100 people.
In the oven, we use foraged wood.
