Chef events

For extra special occasions with under 20 people, I sometimes do chef events. That is where I come to your house, cook up a feast, style your table, serve a three course meal and look after the clean up.

It’s a lovely way to celebrate because it’s both memorable yet relaxed - taking place in the comfort of your own home with your own wines.

Menu examples

With chef events, I usually personalise the menu with your input.

Entrées often include fresh oysters, pâté, a charcuterie board, and homemade baba ganoush made from woodfired eggplant with za’atar bread.

Mains are a protein, like duck with cassis and fresh raspberries or a wood roasted leg of lamb spiced with sumac, rosemary and garlic. I can, of course, do vegetarian or vegans mains, if you prefer. For sides, I’d do something like charred asparagus, potato gratin and celeriac remoulade.

In terms of desserts, I personally love chocolate mousse cups with Grand Marnier and hazelnut sponge.

Pricing

$85 per head.

Alcohol is not included in that price as most people like to use their own wines.

Note

Cutlery, crockery and glassware are also not included, but I can source them if need be.

While the chef events are most popular for evenings, I can also do brunches or lunches. If you want to step it up a notch further, full table service and bar service is available on request.
