How it works
The brunch menu accommodates a range of dietary requirements and can be expanded to cater to events of any size.
Tweaks to the menu can be made to favour those who are vegetarian, vegan, gluten or lactose free options on request, though options for them are already abundant. Nut and other severe allergies do, however, need to be notified.
Pricing
Prices change depending on the size of the occasion, but the general rule of thumb is $1200 for 40 guest, without additions or extras.

This menu is an indication of what types of food will be included, but precisely which products I select will be dependent on what’s good in the market. I only use the most vital, fresh products.
